Kate is a fierce advocate for the firm’s clients and she works tirelessly to understand the details of each case and to find the facts or errors that may have been overlooked by prior attorneys. She specializes in appellate research and writing and all stages of the post-conviction process.
Lindsay Dreis

Lindsay Dreis is a criminal defense attorney at Lyon & Kerr, where she represents individuals charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses in courts throughout the Chicago area. Her practice focuses on all phases of criminal litigation, from pre-charge investigation and motion practice through trials and sentencing. Since beginning her criminal defense practice, Lindsay has tried multiple bench trials and has extensive experience advocating for clients at every stage of the criminal process.
Ana Garrett

Ana Garrett joined the Law Office of Robert Kerr in August of 2022. Currently, she serves as the First Legal Assistant to Lyon & Kerr’s Trial Team, where she works closely with attorneys to support litigation preparation, case management, and client coordination.
